I had a doctor appointment today. Nothing exciting. I officially have to go every two weeks now-- that whole third trimester peskiness. She said I should be drinking ONE GALLON of water per day to keep the swelling down. Yikes! She also suggested 30 minutes of laying on my side directly after work every day. Not a problem. I think I'll be an overachiever and make it an hour.
